TERMOTRONIC dehumidifying heating elements are made of extruded, black anodised aluminium. This material, combined with the ceramic PTC element, ensures a surface temperature limit of 65–70°.
TERMOTRONIC dehumidifying heating elements are available in three lengths: 100 mm, 200 mm and 250 mm.
Supplied as standard with a 1-metre-long 3 x 1 mm˛ silicone cable, but different cable lengths are available on request.
Lund & Sorensen supplies also a range of enclosure climate control systems that now includes a new series of self-regulating PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heaters.
These heaters are designed to prevent falls in temperature and to avoid malfunctions caused by condensation.
With an initial heating power range of 15–150W, the first seven models in the range are both compact and light in weight, as well as providing high performance. All models are IP44 protected.
The aluminium cover makes sure that the heat remains inside the unit, thus providing protection against contact burns. This cover also makes cleaning quick and easy. Heat is extracted via the radiator, which acts as a duct.
Both the cover and the radiator are black for best possible heat exchange with the external ambient air.
Lund & Sorensen will very soon be launching models with outputs of up to 400 W, equipped with a fan.
